This one-of-a-kind musical theater experience invites young performers to dive into the colorful world of SpongeBob SquarePants: The Musical, where bold characters, unforgettable songs, and high-energy dance numbers come together in an exciting, confidence-building production. Students will explore character development, vocal performance, choreography, and ensemble work while learning how to bring humor, heart, and imagination to the stage.
Through rehearsals and guided instruction, performers build strong acting and singing skills while developing teamwork, focus, and creative expression. Whether your child is new to musical theater or ready for their next big challenge, this production encourages students to take creative risks, support one another, and grow both onstage and off.

Eligibility: The Spongebob Musical: Youth Edition is an advanced-level production, we ask that students be 13+ with some prior theatre or performance experience. (Mature younger students with previous performance experience may be considered with director and parent approval.)
Must be available for in person callbacks on Tuesday, February 3
Must be available during tech week and show dates: April 20-26
Auditions will be held virtually, and are due on Friday, January 30.
Please prepare a 32 bar cut of a song in the style of the show. If you need help picking something out, don’t hesitate to send us an email!
We will be sending you a short dance combo to learn and submit as well.
Callbacks will take place in person on the first day of rehearsals, Tuesday, February 3.

Tech/Dress Rehearsals: 5:00-10:00pm, April 20, 21, 22, 23
Performances: April 24, 25 7:00pm, April 25, 26 2:30pmWe can be flexible with conflicts due to school schedules on a case by case basis. Please note that excessive conflicts may impact casting.

Tuition:
$713 per student when paid in full
$178.25/month per student for 4 months when using a payment plan (total $713)
Our musical theatre program is designed to give kids and teens the tools they need to be successful when going into the rehearsal and performance process of a show with community or professional theater.
With small class sizes for individualized attention and real time work with industry professionals, each class dives into the fundamentals of singing, acting, and dancing, and how to utilize each skill effectively during rehearsals and performances.
