Character Development

• A personalized journey as each performer selects and shapes the song or role that means the most to them, building ownership, confidence, and individual artistic voice

• Opportunities to stretch into new territory — finally taking on a dream role (or a little bit of joyful miscasting) in a lower-stakes, expressive setting

Movement & Ensemble Work

• Ensemble-based staging that builds listening skills, focus, and teamwork — even in a cabaret format, the evening lives and dies on how well the group supports each other

• Two distinct staging styles across the weekend: the elegant, formal presentation of the Golden Age evening and the freer, playful energy of the dream-role showcase

• Eligibility: This production is best suited for teen performers who are ready for a serious rehearsal process and emotionally honest storytelling.

• Must be available during tech week and show dates: November 10-14
